Best Western Plus Santee Inn

It was a cute hotel in a pretty nice area, near to the restaurant, Callie, lake and park, and park. The room was spotless for real comfort and we appreciated the stay. Central heating, TV and a microwave oven were provided.

The employees are helpful and consistently courteous.

Clean and kind staff

Everything was nice, had a good stay for one night on our way to Disney. The location was good: convenience stores and shops were within walking distance. A cool bonus was Kem's Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Good place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic outdoor swimming pool. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape!

Great for Road Trips with Pets

The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus! The rooms were large and clean, and being able to park right outside my room made loading and unloading so easy. The breakfast options were plentiful and good quality, made for a great start to the day.

The check-in was cute even at 2 a.m., and the friendliness of the maid service was a pleasant surprise. The room had a dusty, neglected feel to it was nice. While the breakfast was satisfying, with a full spread with eggs, bacon, and waffles, the overall cleanliness could use improvement. Great parking available for towing vehicles was a plus, but some minor upkeep is needed in the rooms.

Clean rooms provided comfort, but the bathroom needed better hygiene.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that my booked room was not available, and the substitute room had an overpowering smell. I politely inquired at the front desk and was told it was due to new carpeting, but I found that hard to believe. After spending 30 minutes unpacking, my husband and I went through the hassle of moving to the correct room, which should not have been necessary.

The restaurant on site served delicious meals, a perfect end to our relaxing days. The pool area is a great escape, though a little bug spray would have been handy. Friendly staff.
